We obtained Listed Building Consent for the erection of a charming 3-bedroom dwelling, thoughtfully designed to incorporate the existing external walls of a historic former barn structure. This project showcases our dedication to preserving architectural heritage while creating comfortable and modern living spaces.

Additionally, the site features an impressive conversion of an existing granary building into three unique 2-bedroom dwellings. These conversions celebrate the original character of the granary while introducing contemporary elements for a perfect blend of old and new.

The adaptation of the barn includes minor alterations to provide essential garaging and storage solutions, ensuring that the space is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
